Take Junction 10 (A43) towards Silverstone.
At the Wayside Roundabout, take the 4th exit (A5 South) towards Towcester.
Drive through Town Centre towards Milton Keynes (passing Towcester Racecourse on your left).
After 3.5 miles (from Roundabout), turn left into Plum Park Estate (0.2 miles past Shell Garage on your right).
From A5 (South)
Take the Duel Carriageway (A5 North) past Milton Keynes towards Hinckley.
At the Stony Stratford Roundabout, take the third Exit (A5 North) towards Hinckley.
Continue on the A5 towards Towcester for 3.7 miles and turn right into Plum Park Estate.
